At Sun and Seating, our top priority is to deliver products to our valued customers as quickly as possible. We offer free delivery across India for all orders.


Shipping Time

  • Dispatch time depends on product type and quantity.
    • Large quantities or customized products may take longer, and we will inform you once the order is confirmed.
  • Most orders are delivered within 10–15 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
  • Occasional delays may occur due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, but we strive for timely delivery.

Courier Partners

We ship only through reputed courier services such as:

  • FedEx
  • Delhivery
  • Bluedart

For remote locations, Speed Post may be used if other courier services are unavailable.


Mandatory Step – Product Receiving & Opening Video

To ensure safety and smooth returns in case of damage:

  1. A complete unboxing video is mandatory when the product arrives.
  2. Record the package before opening, while opening, and show the product from all angles.
  3. This video is required for any return or damage claim.
In case of transit damage, this video acts as  proof  for replacement or return.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Payment Policy

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for most orders. Since many products are custom-made, we follow a structured advance payment system to reduce cancellations and ensure faster delivery.

₹30,001 – ₹50,000 50% Advance & 50% on Delivery

Providing the required advance helps us avoid fake orders, deliver faster, and maintain efficient service for genuine buyers.

Important COD Guidelines

  • COD is available only for eligible pin codes and products (visible during checkout).
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or replacement claim.
  • If a COD order is refused or cancelled at delivery without notice, the customer may be blacklisted from future COD orders.
  • Customized or bulk orders are not eligible for COD and require advance payment.
