Return & Refund Policy – Sun And Seating

At Sun And Seating, your trust means everything to us. That’s why we offer a simple 7-day return policy — but only for products that arrive damaged or defective.


Please Note – Returns Are Accepted Only in Case of Damage

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Size or fit issues
  • Product not matching your space or décor
  • Change of mind after delivery

If you’re unsure about size, finish, color, or suitability, please contact us before placing your order. Our team is happy to guide you.


Important Step for Returns

Always record a complete unboxing video when your product arrives.

  • Show the package before opening and while opening.
  • Capture the product clearly from all angles.
  • This video is mandatory to process any damage-related return.

This serves as proof for our team to process your return and take action with the courier if required.


What Qualifies as a Return?

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • You provide the invoice or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at 📩 marketing@sunandseating.com with:
    • Images of the damaged product
    • Complete unboxing video showing the damage clearly
  2. Our team will review and approve your return if it meets the conditions.
  3. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

🚫 Unapproved or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.
  • A 5% deduction applies to cover payment gateway charges.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If it’s been more than 15 business days and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us again.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Customized products or special orders
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Non-damaged or correctly delivered items
